Responsibilities

In some countries, when people see trash on the street, they don't leave it for someone else to pick it up and throw it. They would pick it up themselves and find the nearest bin.

At BurnCal, we aim to become such company where everyone feels a sense of responsibility to do the best thing in the interest of the company. Picking up the trash is just a metaphor for taking care of small and big problems, inside and outside of our scope of work. We try to create a sense of ownership so that this behavior comes naturally to all team members.

Our goal is to inspire people rather than control them. We trust that our team members will do what they think is in the best interest for the company.
