What are the expectations for this role?
- Participate in creating communications for digital media, marketing collaterals, social media, emailers, & presentations.
- Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies by researching and formulating visual storytelling techniques for projects.
- Own the creative process from concept to final delivery.
- Be part of the brainstorming sessions to come up with ideas for digital campaigns.
- Working in collaboration with the marketing and growth team for creating high-quality designs. Imbibe our brand and its essence– and make sure it shines through in the right way on all our collateral.
- Ensure consistency and design hygiene across various channels.
- Additional knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
What your day would look like?
Goal: Communicating the value proposition and mission of BurnCal to the entire world.
- Coordinate with the marketing and growth teams to get clearly defined design briefs and translate that into engaging visual designs
- Establish best practices, frameworks, and design language systems to ensure design excellence in the products and experiences we deliver
- Deeply understand the fitness category and create a unique yet consistent brand visual language in all creative assets such as emailers, banners, social media platforms, and website
