What are the requirements for this role?
- Responsible for brand building at BurnCal. Make sure brand guideline is followed throughout all the communications platforms.
- Identify various channels (organic and inorganic) and run growth experiments in the most optimized manner.
- Hands-on experience in creative content writing and preparing content calendars. Ability to make content that has high virality.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Experience with B2C Social Media Content Marketing, Performance Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Google AdWords, Email campaigns, and SEO/SEM
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools. Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant education and at least 3 years of working experience in the Digital Marketing field.

- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.)
