What are the requirements for this role?

• Strong knowledge of Design Fundamentals and Modern Design Systems
• Experience with Design Platforms and Prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision.
• Demonstrated design and UX sensibilities
• An eye for detail
• Passion to learn and grow your competencies

What do we expect from you?

• Carry out thorough customer research to understand consumer needs to build initial product hypotheses and subsequently convert them into intuitive and sleek user-driven product design.
• Conduct quick testing and implementation of user feedback for design improvements
• Understand both stated and unstated needs of our existing and potential consumers as well as fitness coaches, analyze them to chart out product plans, wireframing and prototyping and work with different teams to help build/evolve the product design in the best way to solve those needs
• Ensure that we have the right product velocity by working along with product, growth, and core business teams
• Ensure implementation of designs by closely working with the development team
• Participate in interviews and hiring as we grow and expand our team
