BurnCal, a fitness app for at-home personalized fitness, is looking for a full-time or a part-time Video Editor and Motion Designer who can help us edit raw video content for our workout library and also make animations for our marketing activities on various social media and digital platforms.

What are the expectations for this role?
- 1-2 years of experience working as a freelancer or with an agency
- Can work collaboratively along with marketing and graphic design team
- Good experience using video editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Affects, Final Cut Pro and similar tools
- Help with video shooting if required
- Ability to communicate the impact and emotion of your work through video animations
- Creating a brand identity in the market by not just design but also strategies for a better story telling
- Following the brand guidelines of the company that will help you adapt easily for faster execution
What would your day look like?
Goal: Communicating the value proposition and mission of BurnCal to the entire world.
- Creating videos for social media
- Creating catchy and engaging GIFs, animations and motion videos for various social media platforms
- Create 2D and 3D product explainer and how it works videos
- Creating videos for product
- Editing videos using raw photo and video content
- Editing and annotating workout videos using raw videos provided by fitness coaches
- Creating short form videos of the same for social media
It does help if you have design work or a published portfolio to show for any projects you've previously worked on.
